MODULAR BALCONIES
Project introduce the idea of uniform but diverse design for balcony unit. Although the solution seeks for design and construction which would unified the overall look of the neigborhood's block unities, its great importnace to create this micro enviroments depending on individual needs. Therefore complex set of tools and principles should be introduced.

It is clear how research, usability and environment were the key to the design solution. The mix could have benefited from a more architectural use of the drawing space, instead of standard graphics. Desing should always come first.
Excellent concept, presented clearly. Constructive execution should have been highlighted, but the aesthetic, ecological and modularity concerns demonstrate knowledge and research.
