Multi Storeyed Housing Team : Sana & Siddharth
The Multi Storeyed housing project was designed to take advantage of the city’s year round weather, where a series of ground level parks, courtyards, roof and sky gardens define a well connected , permeable public world along with private premises, with the aim to create a 24 hour living space, filled with amenities all through the day.

The housing society has been developed on the concept of Bio-climatic architecture, based on local climate aimed at providing thermal as well as visual comfort. The building was also desgined in order to complement the original mandate on which chandigarh was built, yet creating something new.

The way the zoning has been proposed for the Multi Storied housing, pedestrian as well as vehicular roads can be easily laid out.
