Loved the narrative about the dragon! Nice starting point.
Proposal seems to be much more interested in the formal gesture than the experience or the program. Has potential but not exploited enough for a successful outcome.
Very dramatic, and actually fits quite well on, or rather, above, its site. The Nidhegg though, to be an "Athaneum", should say more about its function - however you chose to define it - and the interiors should be developed more.
