Our proposal is to bring a new definition to the public space by preserving the urban void as a void and filling it at the same time on La Petite Ceinture. Against existing familiar and traditional, Nuage is new, experimental and complex. Precisely for this reason the void becomes the most suitable place of such an experiment and the experience.
