Bucharest is a city that has been facing the problem of strays for over a decade and it has affected both the strays and the communities. In this project we provide an alternative that allows architecture to answer this so-called problem in a way that ensures the well being of the strays and provides a space of connection for the humans.

Although social cohesion, environment and economy are mentioned as the main parameters for this complex, the building design itself is so unfriendly or daunting that these admirable parameters loose all context. Using the word 'complex' is quite telling, as I don't believe the solution for the competitions problem is anything but a complex.
