It is still serving a vast demography even if the prices to afford this place are off the charts.The Design is directed to acknowledge the issues occurring based on the SWOT analysis.

These are influenced by the stability between the Economy, Transport, Social life and Neutral Built-mass. A 'Neo' Delhi modulates these entropies, it thrives by fusing its history into its future, ensuring a sustainable and organically morphing identity.
