Reclaiming Modernity
We are proposing a vocational culinary and agricultural school in the Colombo district of Sri Lanka. Our concept stems from a focus on sustainability as a form, and on creating a school which becomes a part of the public infrastructure by continuously generating interest in the larger civic condition.

The use of art in the form of the heads in the water accumulation area is very interesting, your take on designing a building by not only keeping in mind the form and function but also keeping art in mind is a good approach. the building itself is a form of art. i feel you could have added elements of landscaping within the building, thus having a flow of indoor and outdoor areas, rather than just confining the landscaping within the green house. The challenge of designing with restriction should have been dealt better as you did not consider the height restriction of 7m. the design outcome would have been better if that was followed.
