Regional Continuities of a Diaspora People

During the Partition, the Sindhi Hindus had to migrate from Sindh to India. Gandhidham, Located in Kutch, was built from a desert as a planned city commissioned by the Sindhu Resettlement Corporation as a Genius Loci for the Sindhis. The intervention in the form of a cultural university acts as a Regional Continuity for the Sindhis and the Kutchis.
