Architecturally speaking, there's a lot going on in this design, but conceptually speaking, very little stands out. It's not a particularly concise design, and the justifications are more a celebration of the design process rather than the design result. Subjectively I consider the aesthetic too contemporary to satisfy the criteria for being a 'symbol' for future generations or a celebration of Apollo. This looks like a combination of visual elements very common in a lot of new construction in recent years. For all the modern and hip faceted features and green roof, nothing about the planform or profile however is evocative of the subject matter in the brief, neither does it appear to a follow a design methodology that addresses the spirit of the brief.
Well thought out use of spacial conditions. The program, context, and arrangement feel approachable and sophisticated.
This is my #1 choice. Thoughtful in design, presentation, and visual vocabulary.
This is amaizing!
