Sports & Arts School represents a form for encouraging artistic expression and physical development in its users. With its existence, school is kind of an attraction in this part of Chicago, both because of its multifunctional purpose and because of its architectural design, which was created inspired by the Colosseum motive (its ambience and architecture).

This took me a bit to digest, thrown off by the title and not understanding its relationship to outside. I believe a more apt title might be Physical Arts Garden, not "sport" nor "Art". And I believe?? this is to be open air colosseum , with the net overhead serving as a protective screen to be traversed. If that is true, it is an interesting take, well played. Board seven does not relate well to the nice renderings above, in color, position, text. One would want to better describe this space in spring fall months (heated pool)? might there be other interior training areas?? The Athletic Club of NY, (favored by Koolhaus) comes to mind.
