A very thoughtful and complete proposal. well developed architectural language, wonderful use of natural light.
It is a very good house. I would say the most beautiful and best solved from all reviewed. The architectural craft in this design is rare in a student, as it takes experience to get to this point. Really impresses about it, but I feel it does not respond to the competition concept and the grid looks like an afterthoought (which by the way does not allow to read the beautiful floorplan clearly)
There are quite a few interesting and beautiful moments in this design. We would encourage the entrant to reconsider the base assumption of the 'family' as relegated to a father, mother and three children. We encourage them to consider the many different ways that a family is made up.
I like the concept, a very interesting and complete project. Beautiful presentation boards, very stylish and in the same style, impress me a lot.
