The commercial highrise building consists of various programs like administration area, co-working area, service office area, recreational area, and accommodation area in one building located in GIFT city, Gandhinagar; one of Gujarat's well-planned city for development in IT sector at international level.

IDEA
The idea was to create an interactive spaces at different levels of the building. Which can help users to communicate and where they can spend some amount of relaxing time; and ultimately this green space can be useful to control the indoor environment and indoor air quality which can be helpful to boost the work speed of the office workers.
FORM DERIVATION
Form of the building was derived by rotating the floor plate which can provide maximum usage of FSI, maximum possible green space in the building and behave structurally stable.
