the third place: redefining the public library as a communal anchor
exploring how an overlooked public library can be transformed into an active community space. by reimagining their role beyond books and conventional forms, this thesis positions libraries as inclusive spaces that promote interaction, cultural exchange, and a renewed sense of belonging within neighborhoods
