There is a lot of textual discussion of using multimedia spaces and dynamic architecture, but the visual elements of the presentation are limited to the static building and a photo-pastiche. If multimedia elements are intrinsic to the space usage, the presentation should showcase how their design will fit into the physical space and endeavour to describe where the line between physical and virtual interactions might lay. Without this detailed development of how people will use this space, the concept doesn't stand out as much more than a re-imagining of the Guggenheim museum.
The overall presentation is of a very high quality. The site relationship with the river is compelling. However, it only presents in the final presentation and does not appear in the design development.
