A yonic, 'super-tall' sustainable Manhattan skyscraper providing low-cost housing, community education & live-work facilities. Self-financed via its integral, mid-level drone port and retail/restaurant market spaces below, it will be the first super-low carbon footprint skyscraper, using designed-in extensive passive environmental engineering.
