The building has been well presented, but feels more like a high-end hotel than a private villa for 4. The size seems to over cater for its occupants. The wall around the entire lot also presents a harsh interface with its surroundings. A more friendly approach of providing buffers and privacy through planting and natural elements could be incorporated.
