Using a movie poster to grab the audience's attention, this illustration sheds light on a massive oil spill of unknown origin. While Brazil's president has done too little besides blaming other countries and actors, the oil spill has continued to pollute shorelines.

I was planning to add text to the water as oily figures but decided to turn this into a movie poster-like illsutration.
Background
I played around a lot with colors here. I started off with this triste grayish background but decided for brighter colors. The contrast between Brazil's beautiful nature and the oil is now stronger.

Venus was a lot greener and sicker in my earlier drafts. Similar to the nature, I wanted her to be brighter to juxtapose the oil pollution.
