Wreathe meanders around the site, reaching out to the differing communities and their inhabitants. Wreathe is the common ground to all that desire diversity. To combat the deepened division created by economic and national growth, Wreathe offers collaboration; made real by the outreaching, spiraled arms and the perspectives they create.
