Zamalka Into The Future _ Re-Coding Post-War Syria
As a part of Reparametrize Studio on going Research"Re-Coding Post-War Syria",this project is a proposal including renovation of six existing buildings, and intervention of two destroyed buildings as well as development of public spaces and infrastructure in Zamalka town .Proposing living spaces with levels of privacy and public access The “Social Rooftop”.

A new system of living
We are aiming in this design for a more sustainable, inclusive, and beautiful city for further and addresses urban regeneration by focusing on public spaces throughout the city.
Connected Roof Top
The project involved an in-depth study and analysis of Zamalka city and the existing site to establish goals for integrating the design within its context before proposing a multi-layered co-living development
"Co - Living"
“Co- Living” includes copious amenities for residents, including public green areas, a vegetable garden, green roof, and relaxation spaces.
Integrated System
We created a unit (frame box) to be adaptive to the deformation of the existing buildings and to provide the ECO system for the new post-war city
“Social Rooftop”
The “Social rooftop” connects the eight buildings with a series of intertwined plaza spaces, spreading resources and amenities throughout
