Modular dormitory design

In the structure of the system, the module of the design is a unit that can be combined, decomposed and replaced. The design is designed to meet the daily needs of local students, taking into account the common problems of the dormitory, soundproofing, safety, comfort, etc., aiming at such regular problems, the design is a dormitory building that can accommodate more than 80 people. In this project, we take the local characteristic buildings as reference and adopt the local landmark building form "hui" font building. The structure of "hui" font is to facilitate management and exercise work functions, reduce walking distance and other aspects of consideration. The design is a stacked space of square boxes, so rooms and rooms are almost independent. The walls are framed by reinforced concrete and filled with red brick and lightweight bamboo. The selection of these materials mainly has two purposes, the first is to consider the cost and the site is easy to organize construction, while having good physical properties of the building, but also can have both heat insulation, heat preservation, sound insulation, heat dissipation functions, and can also maximize the speed of construction, the cost performance of the dormitory to achieve the highest; Second, the selection of reinforced concrete structure and bamboo as wall support materials is also because of the importance of the earthquake resistance of these two materials. Bamboo, as a hollow plant with strong toughness, can minimize the pressure caused by collapse on the human body and reduce the damage to people when the earthquake collapses. In terms of earthquake resistance, we not only use seismic materials as the wall, we also widely use vibration isolation rubber bearings in the dormitory, vibration isolation rubber bearings are made of thin steel plate and thin rubber plate alternately superimposed, vulcanized by high temperature and high pressure. In terms of the upgradability of the design, it can easily respond to different spatial requirements with its unitized and modular space form. The space has great development potential and space for modification and upgrading, so that the dormitory will not gradually fall behind and be eliminated because of the passage of time, but can be constantly changed and changed in a better and better way.
