About Discussions Projects22 Journals2 Competitions1

Accessible materials in design focuses on how materials can be experienced and understood by diverse audiences, including through tactile and sensory engagement. This includes considerations for how materials are presented, documented, and made available to designers and the public.

The community explores material libraries and museums that make materials tangible and interactive, responsive design systems that adapt to user interaction, and spatial designs that prioritize haptic experience and sensory accessibility alongside visual communication.
