Retail Design
Spatial and experiential design of shops, showrooms and commercial interiors, including flexible, reversible and circular retail formats.
Retail design concerns how stores, showrooms and shopping environments shape the way people browse, buy and move through commercial space. Designers working in this area balance brand identity, merchandising logic, circulation, lighting and the physical constraints of a given site.Members here share work on storefronts, showroom interiors and open-air shopping centres, alongside projects that test reversible layouts and reuse of materials. Several submissions examine how retail spaces can adapt over time, whether through modular fixtures, changing programmes or salvaged components.
