Udhayam explores the metamorphosis of a brownfield site into a research-oriented and publicly accessible hub. Research institute evolving development strategies for post-industrial landscapes including restoration zones supporting biodiversity is the program. Overall this is a well executed compelling concept that would integrate to the place very well. The pigeon towers could use further explanantion, though they are visually compelling. An opportunity exists to further express the technical functions and zones on the exterior rather than unifying so comprehensively.
