HAH - Hexagonal Affordable Housing

In Tokyo, there exists so many pencil buildings and small apartments, but they are all closed and lucking the possibility of communication. This idea present possible new way of half-open half-private living. The idea is experimental and realistic at the same time. A very cosy space! I liked the efforts to make the interior spacious through flexible design, and the use of renewable and reusable resources, like the solar panels and the use of greywater for the toilet. I would have liked more information about how the structure could move on water.

An elegant and simple design that looks beautiful and is functional. The design is thoughtful towards the environment, taking resources from rain, dew and sun, while also being resistant to wind and having a light footprint on the ground. The windows make the small space feel larger, and some flexibility in the interior layout could have been an interesting addition.
