This is a conceptual competition that aims at generating ideas but won't be realized (constructed) in reality. Though the winning group will get awarded and recognized on various media platforms.
The competition brief only mentions a total site area and coordinates to one specific point, but is there a site boundary that the design should be referring to?

If you have registered for the competition, you can find additional resources under the competitions tab in your profile. These resources include CAD (.dwg) file for the site plan and the site boundary is marked in it. Your design can be executed within the boundary.
hi, the competition is about pitstops for 100 truck drivers right? what about the parking spaces for these drivers, there only a small area for the design spaces, is there any other spaces for the parking!?or can we only design the pitstops and related spaces,by neglecting parking lots?

There are no specifications regarding parking for this challenge. Participants can simply mark parking lots in an area adjacent to the site as per their concept. Although the focus of the design should solely be on rests stops and related facilities within the site boundary.
