Does the 400 square meters in the requirements mean that each floor adds up to 400 square meters or each floor can be 400 square meters?
Dear Y'ilin, The site area is 400sqm. Ground coverage is 160sqm. The building grows until 15m on the same ground floor of 160sqm. We are permitting a cantilever on above floors of 5m. But at the end of the day, retail is about efficiency per sqft. so please bear in mind expanding building have a consequence that can push costs of sustainance alot.
Can the designed area and building exceed these dimensions (can it be larger)?
The rules say that you have to answer six FAQs as instructed in the FAQ document in the "additional resources folder." The additional resources folder only has the submission format files and the guide for the Journal Editor. Where is the FAQ document? Or is this an error?
You can find that on the page 2 of the journal guide :) Best UNI
