Riham Faragallah

Riham Nady is a Professor at the Department of Architectural Engineering in Pharos University in Alexandra (PUA), Egypt. Her main research interests are environmental studies.

Riham Nady is a Professor of Design and Environmental Control Systems at the Department of Architectural Engineering in Pharos University in Alexandra (PUA). She has worked several years in the professional practice of architecture besides the academic field which gave her the experience to become the coordinator of execution design courses. She has an extensive experience in teaching and continuously updating the methods of teaching and learning techniques of such courses. Also, she has an academic experience in teaching other courses such as architectural design, theories of architecture, environmental studies in architecture, technical systems in buildings, … etc. Her research interests focus on architectural, environmental and urban design, particularly issues related to Alexandria, Egypt. She has published several research papers in highly ranked journals, participated in local and international conferences, architectural competitions, academic collaborations, staff mobility programs and served as a certified juror for various architectural projects and competitions.

Boxia Wang

Boxia Wang is a landscape architect and founding partner of XBTW Office, a Beijing-based practice working across architecture, landscape, and public space. With an MLA from Harvard GSD and experience at James Corner Field Operations and !melk in New York, her practice explores adaptive reuse, cultural heritage, and small-scale public interventions that reconnect people, communities, and landscapes.

Khalil Taleeslami

Khalil Taleeslami is an architect, academic, inventor, and international design juror with more than 25 years of experience across architecture, design, innovation, and interdisciplinary development. His professional practice views architecture as a tool for creating value, connecting spatial design with cultural identity, technological innovation, environmental responsibility, and human experience. His approach moves beyond architecture as the production of buildings, exploring how spatial environments can become catalysts for meaningful experiences, innovation, social interaction, and long-term value.
His research and design interests include architectural innovation, adaptive and experience-driven environments, tourism and cultural development, public and urban spaces, and the relationship between architecture, technology, and human behavior. His work often explores how research, emerging technologies, and contextual knowledge can be translated into architectural strategies, practical systems, and new forms of spatial experience.
As an inventor and designer, Taleeslami has developed and patented innovative solutions and has participated in international design and innovation programs. His professional experience also includes academic practice and evaluation of architectural and design projects as an international juror. In jury work, he is particularly interested in the relationship between the quality of the research question, conceptual clarity, innovation, contextual response, social and environmental value, and the successful translation of ideas into coherent architectural outcomes.

Ashish Kelkar

I am an Architect and Planner by profession with over 25 years of experience in contemporary urbanism and community-centric planning.

My philosophy is to get educated, research, and then plan for the people. These are the steps I always follow in my professional approach towards planning. In my 25 years of a long professional journey, I have served many planners and developers to get the best experiences. After my PG at the University of the West of England, I started my practice and conducted several projects and 10 research papers, out of which two are Scopus-indexed. My key research interests include smart cities and building information modeling. I am also a distinguished member of the international professional organizations such as the International Society of City and Regional Planners (ISOCARP), the International Sociological Association (ISA), and the European Consortium of Political Research (ECPR).
