15 Hudson Yards: A Landmark in New York’s Skyline
15 Hudson Yards is a LEED Gold-certified skyscraper in NYC, featuring innovative design, luxury residences, and world-class amenities.
The Vision Behind 15 Hudson Yards
Designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro in collaboration with Rockwell Group, 15 Hudson Yards is an architectural masterpiece that redefines modern luxury living in New York City. Rising 900 feet into the Manhattan skyline, this LEED Gold-certified skyscraper is the first residential tower in the Hudson Yards development, seamlessly integrating innovative design with sustainability and world-class amenities.

Architectural Innovation and Design
A Fluid, Sculptural Form
One of the most striking features of 15 Hudson Yards is its dynamic silhouette, achieved through cold-bent glass technology. Unlike traditional rigid glass structures, this tower’s façade creates a fluid, sculptural expression, maximizing panoramic views of the Hudson River, High Line, and city skyline. The tower’s quatrefoil shape at the top optimizes sightlines, offering breathtaking vistas in every direction.
Iconic Façade Engineering
The 26-foot-tall laminated low-iron glass panels enclosing the lobby are a testament to meticulous craftsmanship. These panels, fabricated in Germany, are framed by sculptural limestone columns from Carrara, Italy, adding a refined aesthetic. The cold-warped curtain wall system, the tallest of its kind in North America, exemplifies cutting-edge engineering, enhancing both structural integrity and visual appeal.

Exceptional Amenities & Luxurious Living
Grand Lobby & Exclusive Resident Spaces
Upon entering, residents are greeted by a two-story grand lobby, featuring travertine-clad walls, a reflecting pool, and curated artwork. A separate lounge facing the High Line provides an intimate setting with a fireplace and plush seating.
Sky-High Wellness & Recreation
Spanning 12,000 square feet, the 50th-floor wellness level includes a sky-high swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a luxurious spa, and private treatment rooms. The 51st floor offers gathering spaces, including a private dining suite, club room, and co-working lounges.
The Pinnacle: 67th-Floor Rooftop Retreat
Designed as an extension of the penthouse experience, the 67th-floor rooftop lounge boasts flexible event spaces and an open-air terrace, offering some of the most spectacular sunset views over the Hudson River.

Sustainable and Smart Living
Advanced Green Technology
Committed to sustainability, 15 Hudson Yards incorporates advanced eco-friendly features:
- LEED Gold Certification ensuring energy efficiency.
- Filtered fresh air systems enhancing indoor air quality.
- Greywater recycling system that utilizes stormwater for cooling.
- Lutron home automation, offering seamless control over lighting, climate, and security.

Resilient Power Infrastructure
Hudson Yards is powered by a first-of-its-kind microgrid, featuring two cogeneration plants that produce electricity, hot water, and chilled water with twice the efficiency of conventional sources. This ensures continuous power, even in extreme weather events like superstorms or blackouts.

A New Standard for Urban Living
15 Hudson Yards represents the future of luxury residential architecture, merging sustainability, technology, and elegant design. As part of Hudson Yards, the most ambitious real estate development in U.S. history, it exemplifies the transformation of New York’s West Side into a dynamic hub of innovation, culture, and urban excellence.
