Architectural Elegance Unleashed: Discover Herzog & de Meuron's Bélair-Monange Winery
Is Bélair-Monange Winery by Herzog & de Meuron Redefining Wine Country Architecture?

The Bélair-Monange winery in Saint-Émilion meets the future needs of the estate's wine-growing operation. It integrates sustainably into the town of Saint-Émilion, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The project serves as a place for production and promotion. The main areas for wine-making include the harvest receiving area, vat room, and barrel cellars. For private clients, there is a tasting room and reception room for around 100 people. This project is a direct commission from the Moueix family and Herzog & de Meuron. It is their fifth joint project and second winery, following the Dominus Winery in Napa Valley, California.
