ASHORE REPORT
Find a way to sacape from the reality
Everyone wants to stay away from the complicated daily life, but even during the holidays, it is still difficult to find peace. Maybe leisure places are too complicated. My design puts forward a set of process, which can find peace briefly in the small journey of the wharf.First of all, what we need to do is to leave from reality and go to the end of the avenue, which is the entrance to the wharf. From a distance, the yard head looks like a non fluctuating spray and may also be like a bird on the sea, which attracts you to go at the same time. In the process of walking, you have begun to be distracted and enter the scene of the wharf. As you get closer and closer to the building, The building becomes a three-dimensional block, like a picture frame, in which there is a pleasant scene. When you enter the building immediately, the view of the road will be limited by the building wall. Then it is like entering a small passage, and after passing through, it is the viewing platform. Under the previous bedding, the platform connecting the sea and the sky is more open, and people's body and mind will be more relaxed. This is my escape plan.As for the idea of ecology, I think it is to minimize the impact of ongoing construction and take into account some sustainable development issues. Therefore, in this design, I have formed necessary walls and other walls. Other walls can be any material and can be used as other walls. For example, when the wharf is used for other functions. The waste and pollution caused by reconstruction can be reduced as much as possible. During my preliminary analysis and research, I also found that the city will be affected by the wind, so we can make preparations in advance before the disaster, reduce losses, and even remove the light wall to do more meaningful things. For the relationship between the ocean and human beings, my idea is a metaphorical expression. In front of the viewing platform, there is a semi-circular low platform. People sitting on the chair can see when they lower their heads. All the chair shapes are composed of circular central radiation. What I want to express is that the earth's environmental water resources, that is, the round platform in the middle, is our earth, and the chairs on the edge are all over the world. Protecting the ecological environment should be the joint efforts of the whole world, not one person and one country. At the same time, the modeling source is the free swimming fish in the sea I saw in a documentary. That scene has always shocked me and reminded me to respect the ecological environment. It is a small colored egg in this design. For buildings with this volume, the construction is also very important, such as handrails. In this handrail design, my idea is to flow like the sea, a feeling of spray or floating, so I try to reduce the vertical elements and let the horizontal elements overlap to create the feeling of floating. That's the general concept and what I want to say. Thank you for watching.
