“Court”, a public body with the power to adjudicate, adjudicate, and adjudicate civil, labor, business, and criminal disputes under the law. It is a symbol of "Justice and Equality" But at present, the mismanagement has caused the public's disappointment. The court became a symbol of "State power over the people" This turmoil has caused people to continually disagree with the government and cause divisions between them. The “Canvas of People” architecture will once again connect people and courts to a large canvas.

Most of the official architecture works have a clear language. It conveys power, stability, and firmness, such as changing the steps of entering the building. The use of Roman columns higher than 15 meters or the use of materials such as marble in construction, etc. The court is one of those architectures. but in addition to communicating well in terms of power Stability or firmness, and these can also be communicated in the other direction as well. For example, the few openings cut the interior and exterior spaces apart. Or the use of super-sized structures that make the user feel like a tiny creature with some power overpowering it. From the foregoing, it can be seen that these elements have a huge effect on people's feelings.

The design of this new court will bring publicly accessible activities to Olympia, Washington, USA. (project site) as art that is common and eye-catching There are graffiti on the walls of buildings in the city of sculptures that stand out in the park and the city's main port. These works of art have a variety of themes, such as telling the story of Olympia and demonstrating the civil liberties of the city. It shows that Olympians value and enjoy art and that political expression has been communicated through art for a long time. In the design, art is used to connect people's activities to the court. along with the architectural design that focuses mainly on the shape of the building with the movement of space to convey the law that is ready to adapt to the times and society Because the law from 100 years ago cannot be applied to today's society. The resulting shape of the building is due to directing the eyes of the user coming from the road and separating the traffic lights to a certain point to access public spaces. This public space is called Canvas. This is because the main activity that we intend to take place in this area is for people to communicate with the judiciary through the arts. It serves as a support area for the art exhibition, and there is The Canvas (a large real canvas) that allows the public to freely paint this canvas. The main function of the court that is indispensable is the courtroom. It is pushed down into the basement so that most of the space is at eye level that users can easily access and see. It is a public space that encourages the entry of people that is the beginning of a new perspective on the court.

This "court" has become an architecture that helps to modify and add new perspectives to the "people" who come to use the project. This court demonstrates a non-adherence to old forms, showing the ability to adapt to society, era, and time, but still maintains the essence and function of those things. Bringing art to connect people with buildings in terms of both activities and building appearance. Make this architecture like “Canvas of People”
