Fantasia Egypt Theme Park
Concept , Realization and Great Pyramid Building Program
This Project Design Process was Very unique as an Egyptian and Live in Giza Government I am Exposed daily to Immense amount of Pharaonic Architecture that its in my blood with Proportions , History and Mythology .Referring to the Boards All items I inspired from and made it into a ride , building or attraction are on Boards . As a Sales man and Architect I know that projects especially Theme parks can drastically fail if lack of Funding Occurred as Ride Maintaince is so Expensive therefore Restaurants , Commercial Zone & Choke Points where Ticket Booths can be added if needed Every Large Zone is Accessed from a Choke Pont for this Purpose , I also Added dollar Signs $ as a Reference to Ideas to Generate Income IN addition to Rents from the Commercial Spaces and Restaurants
The Great Pyramid also will Create a lot of Revenue to the Project as Some Rides are Exclusively accessed from it such as Sun Ship and Roller Coaster IN addition to the Vast area it offers for :
Coworking Spaces
Escape Rooms
Conference and Meeting Halls
Administration
Cafes
Gift Shops
Vantage Points Exclusivly accessed for Profits
Inaddition to Utility and Rest Rooms
The axis which starts from the Entrance is Continous throught the Great Pyramid and it acts as A main Gate through Phase 2 this is shown in longitudinal Section .
