Garden School
Garden School
This project aims to incorporate green education into the school. Not only did students have to learn about the traditional subject in school, but they are also required to equip themselves with both practical and theoretical knowledge of greenery, such as gardening and farming, as well as some basic knowledge of different types of shrubs and tree etc. Hence, there is a rooftop garden to help support the teaching curriculum. Not only do the school try to nurture and raise students’ awareness to the natural environment, but also encourages students to explore themselves more in sports and arts.
In addition to the integration of environment into academic study, the school also plays a role to ensure students’ psychological health. With the greenery surrounding the school, both students and the visitors outside can relieve themselves in this building.
