Completed in 2022, the 200 m² office exemplifies refined spatial planning, material unity, and sculptural detailing, forming a standout workspace that embraces natural light, tactile warmth, and creative collaboration.

Modern Office Design in a Modernist Context

Surrounded by large windows offering panoramic city views, the office occupies a floor of an existing modernist building. The design approach takes full advantage of this context, utilizing an open floor plan punctuated by a single, fluid curved partition wall that subtly defines the work, meeting, and lounge areas without interrupting the visual flow or natural light.

This gentle separation avoids traditional compartmentalization, creating an environment that encourages connectivity, openness, and collaboration—ideal for a contemporary architectural practice.

Unified Material Palette & Spatial Continuity

The space is unified by a monolithic microcement finish in a warm sand tone, used continuously across floors and walls. This neutral base emphasizes texture over color, creating a visually calm yet materially rich atmosphere.
