Located in Bangkok, Thailand, this home embodies the concept of "Living with Art," transforming daily life into an immersive gallery experience. Designed with privacy in mind, the house is enclosed by solid white walls, limiting external views while fostering an intimate relationship between architecture, natural light, and the inhabitants.

Architectural Vision: A House Shaped by Art

The house draws inspiration from the fluidity of a single folded sheet of paper, with curved walls that soften the starkness of the white surfaces. These undulating forms allow natural light to enter and diffuse throughout the space, creating an ever-changing ambiance reminiscent of an art gallery. Every architectural element is meticulously crafted to frame light and shadow, transforming each room into a composition of textures, forms, and movement.

The first floor is dedicated to open parking, with a passageway connecting it to the homeowner’s parents' original residence. Above, the main living areas unfold as a sequence of curated spaces, each designed to function as an artistic scene. Indirect lighting techniques further enhance the experience, casting a soft glow that highlights the spatial elegance of the design.

The White Cube Concept: Light as an Artistic Medium

The living area is designed to mimic the ambiance of a contemporary gallery, with skylights introducing natural illumination from above. This approach eliminates the need for conventional windows facing neighboring properties, instead channeling light through architectural elements that sculpt the interior atmosphere. The second-floor courtyard, which houses a swimming pool, serves as the heart of the home.
