  Day 1: The Spark & Ideation Every great solution starts with a deep understanding of a problem. When we first sat down to brain-storm our E-Heal project, we realized how overwhelming digital health tools can be for someone who is already stressed or unwell. We decided our guiding principle would be empathy. Our initial sketches were complex, packed with features we thought were necessary, but we quickly realized that in healthcare, simplicity is key. We stripped away the noise and focused entirely on creating an intuitive, minimalist user interface that prioritizes accessibility and reduces cognitive load.
