Pridi 41 House by Anonym: A Modern Residential Masterpiece in Bangkok
Pridi 41 House in Bangkok blends modern design, spacious living, privacy, thermal comfort, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow with elegant architecture.
Pridi 41 House, designed byAnonym, is a striking example of contemporary residential architecture in Bangkok. Situated on an 800-square-meter corner plot on Pridiphanomyong Road, the house balances privacy and openness, nestled within a quiet residential neighborhood while facing a 20-meter-high low-rise apartment building.

Thoughtful Spatial Planning
The home’s layout emphasizes functional zoning and vertical circulation. The second floor houses the primary living areas—living room, dining area, kitchen, fitness room, and swimming pool—ensuring that the family’s daily life flows smoothly. Back-of-house facilities, including shoe storage, Thai kitchen, housekeeping rooms, system room, and parking for 6–8 cars, are positioned strategically to the south to shield the main living areas from the neighboring apartment complex, while other spaces enjoy scenic northern views.

Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Connection
A highlight of Pridi 41 House is its large second-story outdoor living space. The swimming pool stretches along one side of the house, linking the living room, fitness area, and outdoor dining space. This design maximizes natural airflow, offers continuous pool views, and enhances the connection with the surrounding greenery. Every room enjoys a sense of openness, with trees and landscaped elements visible throughout the home.

Architectural Features and Design Philosophy
The main living area features double-height ceilings, extending visually to the third and fourth floors, creating spacious, airy activity zones. This vertical connection between functional areas fosters a homelike environment where spaces feel interconnected rather than compartmentalized.

The master bedroom captures morning sunlight from the east, with unobstructed views of the pool and trees, while aluminum laths on the west-facing windows provide privacy and block harsh afternoon sunlight. The same privacy-conscious design is applied to the children’s rooms on the fourth floor.

Thermal Comfort and Urban Privacy
Despite placing the primary living spaces on the second floor, Pridi 41 House prioritizes thermal comfort through intelligent orientation, ventilation, and material choices. Green spaces, negative spaces, and carefully calculated walls protect the home from street-level intrusion, ensuring a serene urban living experience. The design demonstrates that simplicity and functionality can coexist with aesthetic appeal, making the house both practical and visually striking.

Pridi 41 House is a modern residential gem in Bangkok, combining privacy, functionality, and aesthetic elegance. Its seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces, attention to thermal comfort, and smart spatial planning make it a standout example of contemporary urban living.
