Harmonious Integration of Internal and External Spaces

The residence showcases a bold architectural solution: a large volume suspended on a reinforced concrete structure, supported by a mixed steel framework. At its core lies a spacious central void, which functions as the heart of the home, linking all key areas while allowing natural light and ventilation to permeate every corner. This central garden void creates a unique spatial experience, bringing greenery, sunlight, and shadow into the daily life of the inhabitants.

Flexible Social and Private Areas

The ground floor hosts the social and leisure areas, seamlessly connected through open circulation paths defined by a metal grid structure. The upper floor houses the intimate areas, including a master suite and two additional bedrooms. These spaces are connected by a versatile area that alternates between a home office and a TV lounge, offering adaptability for evolving family needs. The master suite enjoys direct views of the leisure area, ensuring privacy while maintaining a strong connection with the garden and pool.

Architectural Features and Materiality

The design emphasizes both structural clarity and aesthetic elegance. The steel and concrete framework defines circulation while supporting open, light-filled interiors. Large zenithal glass openings allow for natural lighting and ventilation, enhancing thermal comfort throughout the day. Interior spaces feature a thoughtful mix of wood finishes, soft furnishings, and minimalist detailing, reinforcing the residence’s contemporary, yet warm, atmosphere.

Landscaping and Outdoor Living

Landscaping plays a pivotal role, employing a tropical language that seamlessly integrates with the architecture. The organic-shaped pool contrasts with the residence’s orthogonal lines, creating a dynamic dialogue between built form and nature. Greenery strategically dissolves the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, while the service areas are discreetly positioned along the lot boundary to maintain privacy.
