Making waterfronts safer because rising sea levels are threatening the existence of many coastal communities around the world. This puts many highly densely populated coastal areas at risk. Rising sea levels can cause flooding. coastal erosion and the danger of storms in the city center Rising seas could threaten infrastructure that destroys the economic, cultural and building environments of the region. The idea for the design of the building was derived from the water bear. It is a small animal that lives in oil that is unique. The structure must be designed to withstand environmental conditions and disasters that will occur both on land and in water. The surrounding context must be taken into account.
