The emotions, the attacks, and the harms. People often decided to overlook their feelings for many reasons, their responsibilities, social expectations, the urge to avoid problems, etc.  These abandoned feelings corrupt people's hearts.  An unhealthy heart causes a higher margin of daily life risks.  Life is about decisions, also about happiness.  The goal is to remind people to listen to their hearts.  Accept their emotions in all aspects.  Reward their efforts and works.  Lastly, fall in love with their authentic selves.
