The parcel containing the competition area has been designated for agricultural and industrial buildings, along with a park. A 1,637-square-meter portion of this island has been designated as a wildlife research facility. Residential and industrial areas with a maximum of two storeys are located around the island.

Residential and industrial areas with a maximum of two storeys are located around the island. Although a research structure is internally focused and organized according to its own functional requirements, this has been transformed into an opportunity in the program and has reached points where it can make a positive contribution to the structure's functions.
