The sports field offers a versatile expansive space for recreation and respite. Flanked by the residential block on the left, sports complex on the right and the co-working space in the background, the sports field is co-owned by all the residents of Al Nassereya. This arrangement offers an "eyes-on-the-street" arrangement, ensuring the safety of the users.

The 4 blocks of co-working spaces are connected through a continuous path that acts as a terrace to provide outdoor working and communal spaces. The different levels of the terraces have a direct view to the sports field, sports complex and residential block.

The co-working spaces have a street access as well as a direct connection from the residential block. This encourages the entrepreneurial spirit of the residents of Al Nassereya. It also provides a playful addition to the residential plaza.

The entry provides an unobstructed view the complex as well as the spaces beyond in order to provide maximum lines of sight as well as a demarcated path that regulates the circulation and movement around the site, in order to ensure the comfort and safety of the users.
