BREWED - The Cafe Grind
In the design process of Cafe Grind, according to our main ideas in the main body of the building and interior spaces, as well as the synchronization of the design process with the Covid-19 crisis, the process of design formation began and with each step forward in this direction, challenges arose for the final confirmation of the result.

Great
The idea of segregation in terms of spatial volumes to deal with the pandemic has potential. It would have been more successful if the volumes were more distinct and separate from each other. The aerial image of the snow covered cafe was very strong but perhaps could be made much stronger from street view with more exaggerated volumes and against the backdrop of the mountains. A sensitive urban relationship to the street. Good scheme.
