The proposed intervention zone focuses on reconnecting the fragmented wetland network of Pallikaranai Marsh through the restoration of lost feeding channels, revival of historical drainage pathways, and strengthening of blue-green corridors. By re- establishing these ecological linkages, the proposal seeks to enhance water movement, biodiversity exchange.
