In Marsa Matrouh, specifically in Rommel Bay, the area possesses immense coastal and economic potential. However, the traditional fishing sector and the historic fish market suffer from severe infrastructure deterioration and a lack of logistical and environmental solutions, leading to the depletion of these resources and a decline in production
