Floors of Culture

The concept "Floors of Culture" is a hybrid of building and public space, which cultivates the development of social relations and "entrepreneurial spirit" of inhabitants. It is an attempt to mitigate the negative results concerning the fade-out of public spaces in big cities resulting in difficulties in building of social relations by their inhabitants.
