Form Follows Data: Algorithmic Optimization in Architecture
Architecture is often defined by conflicting objectives. This research develops a Multi-Objective Optimization (MOO) workflow with custom computational proxies for environmental performance, enabling objective evaluation of design alternatives and demonstrating how algorithmic optimization can lead to more informed, high-performing architectural outcomes.
