This model can be built in different places with the same section strategy. The whole building is divided into three parts and the resident units in the upper zone can be built to higher floors.

A competent scheme well explained. Taking an old model to a new level.
Simple to understand and well presented but the tyranny of the circle is difficult to avoid.
