HOT SPOT
Prisons should not be isolated island, not be abandoned area, not be unfriendly cold. Prisons should be HOT SPOT, which is integrated with urban fabric and life .It can be used as the public space and part of urban member. Spot sometimes is not a nice place, but if we are to give enough care, and it will be a hot spot,which is the most fancy and sexy place.
