The proposed site is Mannady Street in the George Town area of Chennai, India. This street was chosen as a prototype unique to the Indian context characterised by its congested, bustling nature. Such streets can be found in every Indian city, especially in the metropolises and hence the proposed solution can be applied in these situations.

A city interconnect by a main core, its polarizing force. In our case the Polar Point is the plot Baghe Somal, an area of cities where people can live and spend their time as a community. Both in emergency and no emergency situations.
